In addition to being responsible for the overall operations of Scius, Mark works with clients on complex multi-stakeholder projects where his expertise in negotiating and structuring relationships helps facilitate project setup and delivery. Mark also heads up our technology practice where we assist clients with understanding the technology landscape, being strategic with their adoption strategies and managing integration across their operations.

Mark is an experienced business executive having been part of the leadership teams of a number of digital technology companies over the past 20 years. As part of those businesses, he has been involved in corporate structuring, business development, strategic partnerships, intellectual property creation and licensing, running development and customer service teams, and navigating the maze of the international regulatory environment.

Mark has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia for 32 years and is backed by a law degree from one of Canada’s premier law schools, Osgoode Hall.
